Advisory contract to organize the takeover, ramp-up, and operation of a potential 500tpd mine acquisition in the highlands of Peru. This mine, part of Buenaventura’s mining units, held substantial potential for our client. The project included the technical evaluation of the deposit, and the financial and personnel requirements for the takeover and ramp-up.
